Most of the time your vehicle will be picked up within 48 hours, but this can be a little longer if our towing partner is booked up. Sometimes it can even be a same day pickup!

What all do I need to sell Carvenient my vehicle?

We typically need a title in hand for our partners to be able to haul away the vehicle. Sometimes we won't need one, but it varies by state. Sometimes we're able to accept an affidavit in lieu of title as well. We'll let you know once we get your location and vehicle details.

Is my offer/quote amount guaranteed?

As long as the details about your vehicles condition are accurate once our partners come to pick it up, the offer amount won't change at all. However, if there are inconsistencies (like a missing part that wasn't disclosed) with your vehicles condition, the offer will be changed to reflect the actual condition.

This is why it's so important to let us know all of the details regarding your vehicle when we're gathering the information for your quote/offer.

When do I get the payment for my vehicle?

Our towing partners pay for the vehicles they pick up on the spot. You'll get a business check before they take off with the car. No cash payments are made to customers due to ensuring the safety of our partners.
